A ride on the Skyrail Cableway to Kuranda and returning on the Scenic Kuranda Railway is a must do – the Baron River Falls from the Skyrail is an unforgettable experience. Your Skyrail ride above the rainforest canopy includes a stop at the Rainforeststation and be sure to visit the Butterfly Sanctuary and the Kuranda markets prior to returning on the vintage Kuranda Railway as it crawls through tropical rainforest.

Travelling through this ancient land you will be ever aware of the culture and history of the Australian Aboriginal, the world’s most ancient race.

A visit to the Aboriginal Tjapukai Dance Group performance reminds one of the age and culture of these ancient Australians.
